A native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Otha B. Townsend is a founding partner of Seegars & Townsend, PLLC, and has been a practicing attorney for over 5 years.
Otha matriculated to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science.
While at Carolina he met his wife, Eboni Townsend. As proud Tar Heels alums and sports fanatics, Otha, Eboni, and their Beagle, Abigail love to cheer on their fellow Heels.
